Job Duties
- oversee the total operation of the store ensuring maximum sales and profitability
- establish and maintain guest services
- control expenses effectively
- manage shrinkage and inventory control
- handle merchandising duties
- oversee staffing including scheduling and training
- manage setup, pack-up, and teardown of the seasonal store
