As Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory control, merchandising, shrink management, staffing, and the complete setup and teardown processes involved with running a seasonal store. This position demands a strong focus on operational excellence and leadership, requiring prior retail management experience. Physical stamina is essential as the role requires more than 8 hours of standing and walking daily, alongside climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The position requires candidates to be at least 21 years old and have a flexible schedule to accommodate the demands of the job. The Store Manager not only drives sales and profitability but also cultivates a positive and efficient work environment, acting as a role model and leader for the store team.
