The company prides itself on providing a warm and welcoming environment where customers can gather, relax, and enjoy a professional and personalized coffee experience. With thousands of stores worldwide, Starbucks is dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility, seeking to make a positive impact both locally and globally.
As a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks, your role goes far beyond simply managing daily operations. You will be at the forefront of creating moments of connection and joy for the community around your store. This leadership opportunity involves guiding a team with craft and heart, nurturing an environment of collaboration, passion, and exceptional customer service. You will oversee store operations to ensure they align with the company's standards for quality and excellence, while also fostering an inclusive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered.
The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to coach and mentor partners effectively. You will play a critical role in driving sales, managing inventory, scheduling shifts, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store atmosphere. Starbucks invests heavily in your growth journey, offering developmental experiences and providing industry-leading benefits designed to support your well-being, professional advancement, and work-life balance.
This full-time position includes variable hours that often exceed 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic demands of the retail and food service industry. The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and geographic location, with compensation decisions based on knowledge, skills, and internal equity. Starbucks values diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants without discrimination.
Alongside competitive pay, Starbucks offers a comprehensive benefits package, emphasizing medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life insurance and disability benefits, paid parental leave, vacation, sick time, personal days, and holidays from day one. The company also provides opportunities for education through tuition coverage via Arizona State University’s online program and various financial well-being tools. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee, leadership, community engagement, and personal and professional growth. Join Starbucks and connect with something bigger.
