Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment

Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
- proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor professionally
Job Duties
- lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily store operations including inventory control and financial performance
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- foster an inclusive and positive work environment
- coach and support partners to enhance their skills and career development
- resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth store functionality
