Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • flexibility to work over 40 hours per week
  • commitment to upholding Starbucks’ values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor professionally

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations including inventory control and financial performance
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • foster an inclusive and positive work environment
  • coach and support partners to enhance their skills and career development
  • resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth store functionality
