Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to regularly work in excess of 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • proven leadership ability to coach and mentor teams with professionalism

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • oversee daily store operations to ensure high-quality customer service
  • foster a warm, welcoming environment that promotes community connection
  • implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • manage inventory and ensure operational compliance
