Job Requirements

- minimum 5 years retail management experience
- 2 years as a store manager preferred

Job Qualifications
- High school required
- some college or bachelor's degree preferred
- 18 years old or older
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in retail preferred with 2 years in a store manager position
- proven ability to recruit, select, develop, and retain full store team
- proven ability to foster team commitment and create a positive, inclusive environment
- demonstrated ability to function as a role model with customer as top priority
- demonstrated ability to organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow up on store activities
