With thousands of stores worldwide, Starbucks continues to set the standard for customer experience, coffee quality, and social responsibility. The company is deeply committed to creating a culture that respects the individual, embraces diversity, and nurtures growth and development for all its partners (employees).
This role is for an experienced retail or customer service manager who will lead a team in a vibrant coffeehouse setting. The position demands a leader capable not only of managing operations but inspiring and mentoring team partners to produce outstanding customer experiences. The successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and a passion for developing people professionally. This role requires managing store activities with a focus on sales, team engagement, and operational excellence while upholding Starbucks' core values and commitment to quality. The candidate will be entrusted with creating an environment where the community feels welcomed and valued, encouraging hospitality and connection through thoughtful leadership and a focus on craft.
This is a full-time position that often requires working more than 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of retail hospitality. Compensation is competitive and influenced by various factors including experience, location, and internal equity, with the company typically hiring based on a balanced consideration of these factors. Starbucks invests heavily in partner growth, offering industry-leading benefits and development opportunities to ensure career advancement and personal well-being.
Starbucks offers comprehensive benefits to partners and their families, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options; parental leave; paid vacation and sick time; holiday and personal days; and financial benefits such as 401(k) plans with employer matches, stock purchase plans, and tuition coverage through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan. The company values inclusivity and equal opportunity, ensuring that all qualified applicants receive consideration regardless of race, gender, orientation, disability, or veteran status. Starbucks also provides reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities.
Joining Starbucks means becoming part of a culture where people, quality, and value matter deeply. This leadership role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, build rewarding relationships, and connect with a purpose beyond the store's daily operations. If you possess the necessary experience and leadership qualities, Starbucks invites you to apply and help lead their community-focused coffeehouses into a thriving future.
