Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem solving abilities

  • ability to coach and mentor with maturity

Job Duties

  • lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily coffeehouse operations including staffing and inventory
  • ensure the adherence to quality standards and company policies
  • coach team members to foster professional growth
  • solve operational and customer-related problems efficiently
  • maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
  • drive sales and implement strategies to meet business goals
