Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
  • Ability to work full-time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Commitment to flexible scheduling often exceeding 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of U.S. military service

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team partners with professional maturity
  • Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets

  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance
  • Oversee inventory management and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
