As a company, Starbucks believes in more than just serving great coffee; it is deeply invested in fostering community engagement, inclusivity, and creating a culture centered on respect, sustainability, and upliftment of partners (employees) and customers alike.

Daily responsibilities include leading a dynamic team, driving sales goals, ensuring operational excellence, and managing resources effectively to maintain a vibrant and customer-centric environment. The role demands strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, alongside an entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a sales-focused, fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate will have retail or customer service management experience or alternative qualified experience such as military service, demonstrating leadership maturity and the ability to manage diverse teams.

Starbucks supports Coffeehouse Leaders with industry-leading benefits, including comprehensive medical coverage, paid time off, paid parental leave, tuition assistance programs, and retirement savings plans with employer match, among others. This full-time position offers variable hours with flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the operational demands of a bustling coffeehouse. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, knowledge, and geographical factors, ensuring equitable pay within the organization.

Joining Starbucks as a Coffeehouse Leader means becoming part of a purpose-driven company that values your growth, encourages continuous learning, and offers numerous pathways for career development.
