Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company, a globally recognized and beloved coffeehouse chain, is dedicated to crafting the world’s finest coffee and creating a community space where every cup initiates meaningful connections among customers. Established as a leader in the specialty coffee industry, Starbucks prides itself not only on high-quality beverages but also on fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages social interaction and offers a warm environment for all guests. Starbucks operates thousands of stores worldwide, serving millions of customers daily, making it one of the most influential coffeehouse brands on the planet. Dedicated to excellence in customer service, Starbucks emphasizes both the quality of its coffee and the quality of the customer experience, blending craft, care, and community in every interaction.

This specific role is tailored for an experienced coffeehouse leader who is passionate about leadership, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks, you will not just run daily operations but lead with heart and craft to create a space where your community feels welcomed and valued. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in creating moments of connection and joy for every customer, elevating the coffeehouse experience beyond just serving coffee. The position demands a strong entrepreneurial mindset within a sales-focused environment, applying organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to manage and empower the team effectively.

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping a supportive work environment that encourages growth and learning for both yourself and your team. Starbucks invests in its partners' growth through developmental experiences, leadership opportunities, and industry-leading benefits. You will have the chance to mentor team partners, guiding them professionally and personally to reach their potential while contributing to the overall success of the store. This full-time position requires flexibility in working variable hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, aligning with the dynamic nature of the retail and customer service industry.

At Starbucks, partners enjoy comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, various insurance plans, paid parental leave, vacation, personal days, and more, ensuring a supportive and balanced work-life experience. The company also champions education assistance programs, such as 100% upfront tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University, highlighting its commitment to continuous learning and financial well-being. More than just a job, this opportunity is about connecting with something larger than yourself – a community, a mission, and a globally recognized brand that values every partner's contribution.
