Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
  • strong leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor
  • professional maturity and effective communication skills

  • lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • manage daily coffeehouse operations ensuring efficiency and quality
  • coach and develop team members fostering professional growth
  • maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
