Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment

- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US military service
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in sales-focused environments
- proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor others

- lead the coffeehouse team to deliver excellent customer experiences
- manage daily store operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes

- maintain high standards of product quality and service
- implement sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals
- handle organizational tasks, including scheduling and inventory management
