Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as required
- Commitment to Starbucks values and customer-centric service
- Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments
- Professional maturity and ability to manage a diverse team
