Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally recognized coffeehouse chain known for its commitment to crafting the world’s finest coffee while fostering meaningful moments of connection for its customers. Founded in 1971, Starbucks has grown from a single store in Seattle to a leading coffee retail brand with thousands of locations worldwide. The company prides itself on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where every cup of coffee sparks joy and connection among community members. Starbucks is not just a coffeehouse; it’s a place that serves as a community hub and a space for people to come together and enjoy the art and craft of coffee.

As a Starbucks partner, you will be part of a team that values leadership, growth, and the well-being of its employees. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a coffeehouse that not only serves excellent coffee but also a welcoming environment where every customer interaction is treated with care and professionalism. The ideal leader combines strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a passion for customer service and a sales-focused mentality. With a minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma or GED, candidates with retail or customer service management experience, or military service, are encouraged to apply.

This full-time position demands a flexible work schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the coffeehouse business. Starbucks invests deeply in partner growth, offering developmental experiences and a comprehensive benefits package that supports you and your family’s health, financial well-being, and educational aspirations.

The role encompasses not only managing daily operations but also coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional maturity. You will be responsible for fostering an environment that encourages teamwork, high standards of customer service, and continuous improvement. As a Starbucks leader, your impact extends beyond business success to shaping a vibrant community spot where trust, respect, and connection thrive.

Starbucks is committed to equal opportunity employment, embracing diversity and inclusion across all levels. The company supports its partners with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance options, paid parental leave, paid vacation and holidays, a 401(k) with employer matching, and educational support through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan. Furthermore, Starbucks offers unique incentives like emergency savings programs, company stock participation, and financial well-being tools.

Joining Starbucks means becoming part of a company where people, quality, and value matter deeply. The company encourages individuals seeking growth, meaningful relationships, and an opportunity to contribute to something bigger to apply and become a valued member of the Starbucks family.
