Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company is an internationally renowned coffeehouse chain known for crafting the world’s finest coffee while fostering meaningful connections one cup at a time. With a dedication to providing warm and welcoming environments, Starbucks creates spaces where communities can come together and share moments of joy and comfort. Established with a mission to inspire and nurture the human spirit, Starbucks continually innovates and leads the coffee industry by offering high-quality coffee products along with an exceptional customer experience. Their commitment to quality and community makes them not only a leading coffee retailer but also a beloved social hub in countless neighborhoods globally.

As a leading coffeehouse and employer, Starbucks is deeply invested in the growth and development of its partners – the team members who bring the Starbucks experience to life every day. The company fosters a culture where employees are empowered through developmental experiences and benefit from industry-leading perks to support their well-being and career advancement.

The role at Starbucks is much more than managing a retail operation. As a coffeehouse leader, you step into a pivotal position where leading a team means cultivating an environment that sparks connection, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Your leadership inspires a team to uphold the craft and heart that Starbucks represents. Every day is an opportunity to guide your team not just to meet business goals but to create meaningful moments for customers and the community. The role requires a blend of strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills, along with an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on sales and customer service.

Starbucks is looking for individuals with at least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service who bring strong leadership capabilities to coach and mentor partners with professionalism and maturity. This role offers a full-time position with flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be responsible for driving team success and ensuring a quality customer experience, all within a supportive company that values its partners deeply.

Moreover, as a Starbucks partner, you and your family gain access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation, sick time, holidays, and personal days. Starbucks also offers a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, stock programs, financial well-being tools, and educational opportunities such as 100% tuition coverage for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program. The company also provides benefits like backup care and DACA reimbursement, reinforcing their commitment to partner support and inclusivity.

Overall, joining Starbucks means connecting with something bigger—a community dedicated to quality, value, and genuine human connection. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities. They encourage applicants ready to contribute to a warm and thriving coffeehouse environment to apply today.
