Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed
- ability to work full time exceeding 40 hours per week
- availability for variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- strong leadership and team coaching skills
- excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- professional maturity and ability to mentor and develop others
Job Duties
- lead and manage a retail coffeehouse team to ensure excellent customer service
- coach and mentor team partners to promote professional growth
- maintain operational standards including inventory management and quality control
- develop strategies to drive sales and meet business goals
- resolve customer and partner issues with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for customers and partners
