Job Description
Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally recognized coffeehouse chain known for its exceptional coffee, innovative beverages, and commitment to creating a warm, welcoming environment. Established over four decades ago, Starbucks has grown from a single store in Seattle to thousands of locations across the globe, becoming a leading name in the coffee industry. As a company, Starbucks values quality, customer experience, and community connection, which is reflected in every cup of coffee it serves. The company takes pride in fostering a culture where partners (employees) are encouraged to grow personally and professionally while making a positive impact on their communities. Starbucks is deeply invested in providing a supportive environment through comprehensive benefits and developmental opportunities, making it a preferred employer in the retail and hospitality sector.
This particular role is for a coffeehouse leader who plays a pivotal part in upholding the Starbucks mission of crafting the world's finest coffee while creating meaningful moments for customers. The role is more than managing the day-to-day operations of a store; it is about leading a dedicated team that delivers outstanding customer service and builds a strong community hub. Leaders in this position are expected to embody Starbucks' values by fostering a team culture that emphasizes connection, care, and professional growth. They are responsible for coaching and mentoring staff, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sales while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Working at Starbucks as a partner comes with numerous benefits including access to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation from day one, and educational tuition coverage through the Starbucks College Achievement Plan. The company supports partners in achieving a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling that includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This full-time position demands a strong commitment with the flexibility to adapt to varying shifts. Compensation is competitive and reflects experience, skills, and geographical location.
Starbucks values a diverse and inclusive workforce. The company provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants and is committed to accommodating individuals with disabilities during the application process. This commitment extends to veterans and those with criminal histories, ensuring an inclusive environment for all who wish to contribute to Starbucks' continued success. If you have a passion for coffee, community, leadership, and growth, this role offers a unique opportunity to connect with something bigger and make a meaningful difference every day.
