The Store Manager leads a talented and engaged team, shaping the store environment to reflect Rothy's high standards of service and sustainability. The Store Manager position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35.00 to $39.00, with the potential for bonuses and incentives, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Working at Rothy's means joining a community-focused, innovative company where leadership and personal growth are encouraged, and where the impact of one’s work extends beyond the store floor to the wider mission of sustainability and community building. This role is ideal for experienced retail leaders who are passionate about creating exceptional retail experiences, fostering team excellence, and making a meaningful contribution to a sustainable brand’s continued success.
