Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing eligibility to work in the country
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work more than 40 hours per week as required
  • Commitment to uphold Starbucks' values and standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach team members
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in sales-driven environments
  • Professional maturity in managing diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure operational standards and quality controls are consistently met
  • Manage daily coffeehouse operations including staffing and inventory
  • Drive sales growth through effective team engagement and sales strategies
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for partners and customers
  • Conduct training and development sessions for team members
  • Resolve customer and partner concerns with professionalism and promptness
