The company is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join their team in Minnesota. This is a full-time, salaried position with an attractive pay range of $74,420 to $93,025 annually. As a Store Manager at Burlington, you will take on a leadership role responsible for the successful management of all store operations with a focus on maximizing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic leader who is capable of managing a multi-million-dollar store operation. You will mentor, coach, and lead your team by example, promoting a culture grounded in excellence, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. The Store Manager works collaboratively with assistant managers and store associates to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and payroll management.

Your leadership will extend to recruitment, training, and development of the staff, ensuring each team member receives adequate support and guidance to excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for workforce management and scheduling, adhering to budgetary constraints while maintaining optimal staffing levels.

The role includes being the Manager on Duty, setting high standards for operational excellence, and fostering strong communication between the store team and district and regional management. This position requires a hands-on approach, engaging actively with all facets of the store's functions to drive overall success.
