Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility to work in the country applied
  • Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members
  • Professional maturity and effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage coffeehouse operations to ensure a welcoming environment and exceptional customer experience
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth and high performance
  • Oversee inventory management and sales initiatives to drive store profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for product quality and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team engagement and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong community relationships to support store outreach and loyalty
  • Manage scheduling to meet business needs including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
