Job Requirements
- Legal documentation to establish identity and eligibility to work in the country applied
- Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as required
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on sales
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members
- Professional maturity and effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Lead and manage coffeehouse operations to ensure a welcoming environment and exceptional customer experience
- Coach and mentor team members to foster professional growth and high performance
- Oversee inventory management and sales initiatives to drive store profitability
- Ensure compliance with company standards for product quality and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team engagement and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong community relationships to support store outreach and loyalty
- Manage scheduling to meet business needs including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
