Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work in the country
- Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- Willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week as necessary
Job Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong leadership and team coaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a sales-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with professional maturity
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor team partners to achieve sales and service goals
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and staff
- Manage daily store operations including inventory and cash handling
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with regional leadership to meet company standards and initiatives
- Resolve customer and team partner issues with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the store
