Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • Ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with coaching and mentoring experience
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Professional maturity and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage daily store operations and ensure adherence to company standards
  • Coach and mentor team partners to support their professional development
  • Solve organizational and operational challenges proactively
  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive store environment that reflects Starbucks values
  • Oversee inventory management and sales performance targets
  • Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace
