Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment

Job Duties
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the coffeehouse
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members with professional maturity
- Drive sales and ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain high standards of product quality and store cleanliness
- Handle organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving challenges effectively
