Starbucks values leaders with retail or customer service management experience, and candidates with military backgrounds are also highly regarded for their discipline and leadership capabilities. The role demands the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time employment is expected, with work hours often exceeding 40 hours per week during peak times.

Starbucks Coffee Company offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, location, and role responsibilities. In addition to pay, partners have access to an exceptional benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, disability coverage, paid parental leave, vacation and sick time accruals, paid holidays, and personal days. The company also supports education through tuition coverage via the Starbucks College Achievement Plan, offering financial wellness tools and other resources to help partners thrive inside and outside the workplace.

Joining Starbucks as a Coffeehouse Leader means becoming part of a community that values connection, quality, and growth.
