Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and legal eligibility to work in the country
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years US Military service
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mentality and sales-focused experience
  • proven leadership and coaching capability with professional maturity

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • manage daily store operations and ensure operational excellence
  • oversee sales performance and drive a sales-focused environment
  • maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for customers and partners
  • handle organizational and problem-solving challenges effectively
  • foster strong interpersonal relationships within the team and community
  • ensure compliance with company policies and legal employment standards
