This is a full-time position with a work schedule that regularly demands in excess of 40 hours per week, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
  • willingness to work in excess of 40 hours per week

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
  • strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
  • proven leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring skills
  • professional maturity and ability to manage diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the coffeehouse
