The role demands flexibility, as Store Managers must be willing to work varied schedules, including weekends, and may be required to operate at any store within a 50-mile radius. Additionally, the job environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring the ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing priorities to ensure smooth store operations.
