The role of Store Manager at Panda Express is a dynamic and rewarding leadership opportunity centered around driving the operational success of a single store within the company. As a Store Manager, you will oversee all facets of the store’s operations, including hiring, managing, and directing a diverse team of associates to meet and exceed financial goals while ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for leading your team to create an engaging and efficient work environment that upholds Panda Express’s high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. The position offers a comprehensive paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting eight or more weeks, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. This training includes mentorship and ongoing support from the broader Panda community, ensuring you are not alone in your leadership journey.

In this role, you will need flexibility to work at a store location within a 50-mile radius, accommodate varying and flexible schedules including weekends, and hold valid Serve Safe certification to meet food safety standards. Physical requirements such as the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment are essential. The store manager must also be adept at navigating a dynamic workplace with changing priorities, managing conflicts effectively, and communicating clearly and confidently with team members and guests alike.
