Job Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certified
  • able to stand for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
  • effective verbal communication skills
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in retail or restaurant management preferred
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • knowledge of food safety standards such as Serve Safe certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • capable of working in a physically demanding environment
