The Store Manager acts as the key leader driving the performance of their store, ensuring that operational standards, food safety compliance, and customer services align with Panda Express’s high standards. To assist in this role, Panda offers a comprehensive paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting eight or more weeks, designed to equip new managers with the knowledge, strategies, and support necessary for success. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends, and the ability to operate within a 50-mile radius of the store location. Panda provides a supportive environment where managers are encouraged to develop leadership skills through mentorship and ongoing training.
