Candidates should expect a fast-paced work environment that demands adaptability, communication skills, and the ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations professionally.

The Store Manager will be expected to work within a flexible schedule, including weekends, and must be willing to work at Panda Express locations within a 50-mile radius. A high school diploma is required, along with Serve Safe certification to ensure food safety standards are maintained. The role involves significant physical requirements, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. The work environment may involve exposure to heat, steam, and noise, demanding resilience and stamina.
