We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Store Managers to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal to the success of individual stores, responsible for overseeing all operational aspects to ensure financial goals are met while delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Store Manager, you will lead the hiring, management, and development of your team, driving performance through effective direction and support. To prepare you for success, Panda Express offers an intensive paid Store Management Leadership Training program lasting eight or more weeks, providing mentorship and a comprehensive understanding of store operations, leadership skills, and customer service excellence.
The Store Manager position requires flexibility in location and scheduling, with candidates expected to work within a 50-mile radius of the store and maintain a flexible schedule including weekends. The job also involves direct engagement with the team in fast-paced, high-energy environments where the ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and manage conflicts effectively is essential. Additional responsibilities include maintaining food safety standards, enforcing health and safety regulations, and ensuring the store environment aligns with company policies and guest expectations.
