Panda Express is known for its commitment to delivering exceptional Asian dining experiences and fostering a supportive, inclusive work environment that values family principles and teamwork. The company prides itself on investing in the development and success of its employees through paid leadership training, mentorship, and continuous support, ensuring that associates are well-equipped to succeed both professionally and personally.

The role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius of the store location, including weekends. You will need to ensure compliance with food safety standards and lead by example, embodying the company’s values of dedication and community impact. This position offers a rewarding career path with opportunities for growth and development within one of the largest and most respected restaurant chains in the industry. Panda Express is fully dedicated to equal opportunity employment and supports workplace accommodations to ensure all associates can thrive regardless of background or abilities.
