As the largest family-owned American Chinese Restaurant concept in the United States, Panda Express has grown its presence to nearly 2,800 locations worldwide. Known for its commitment to quality food and exceptional customer service, Panda Express is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment not only for its guests but also for its associates. This company takes pride in fostering family values and being deeply involved in the communities it serves, driving its mission to inspire people to better their lives through meaningful work experiences. Panda Express embraces diversity and inclusiveness, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees and maintaining a culture where everyone feels wanted and respected. The company is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing workplace accommodations and adhering to all federal, state, and local laws regarding fairness and non-discrimination.

Panda Express is currently seeking experienced and motivated leaders to join its store management team. This position involves managing the operations of a single store with the goal of achieving financial objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, training, directing, and supporting associates to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. Panda Express offers paid Store Management Leadership Training, including an 8-week or longer program designed to prepare new managers for success in their roles. The training emphasizes mentorship and continuous professional development, ensuring managers receive the guidance and community support needed to thrive. This leadership role requires adaptability, dedication to guest satisfaction, and the ability to manage a team within a vibrant and fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible in terms of work location within a 50-mile radius and available to work varied schedules, including weekends. Additionally, the role requires Serve Safe certification to meet food safety standards. Employees must be able to work long periods standing, handle food preparation using specialized kitchen tools, lift up to 50 pounds, and manage the physical demands of a busy kitchen that includes heat and noise. Panda Express supports its associates with a dynamic and caring workplace where career growth is encouraged and achievements are recognized. Joining Panda Express as a Store Manager means becoming part of a company with a strong legacy of excellence, a focus on employee success, and a commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience to its guests.
