As a Store Manager at Panda Express, you will play a pivotal role in the overall operation and success of a single store. Store Managers are responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. You will be expected to lead by example, fostering a positive work environment that motivates associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Additionally, you will monitor sales and financial metrics to drive profitability and operational improvements. This role demands flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills as you navigate fast-paced and dynamic retail environments. You will also ensure compliance with food safety standards, including maintaining Serve Safe certification, to safeguard the health and safety of guests and associates alike.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Serve Safe certification
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
