The company prides itself on blending traditional Asian flavors with the highest standards of service, quality, and innovation. Panda Express is deeply invested in the professional and personal development of its employees, ensuring they have access to unparalleled training, mentorship, and career advancement opportunities. This dedication to its workforce is reflected in its comprehensive paid Store Management Leadership Training program, where new managers gain critical skills and knowledge to lead successful store operations.
As a Store Manager at Panda Express, you will be at the forefront of the brand’s operational success. This role involves owning the full scope of a single store’s performance, including managing a dynamic team of associates, driving financial goals, and delivering consistent guest satisfaction. The Store Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff members, fostering a positive and efficient work environment, and motivating the team to exceed operational targets. This position demands a flexible, service-oriented leader who can balance strong leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Panda Express provides robust support through an 8-week or longer leadership training program, equipping you with the expertise required to excel in managing daily store functions, navigating the challenges of fast-paced environments, and maintaining compliance with food safety and company standards. You will contribute to shaping a store culture that emphasizes respect, accountability, and continuous improvement, aligning with Panda Express's core values. Working as a Store Manager offers an exciting career path with opportunities for growth within a company that values its family-like community and champions equal opportunity. The role requires flexibility in work schedule, including readiness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and opening and closing shifts as business needs dictate. To thrive in this role, candidates should be passionate about leadership, demonstrate flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius as required, and uphold the highest standards of safety and food quality. Joining Panda Express means becoming part of a vibrant, inclusive team where your contributions have a tangible impact, and your growth potential is nurtured every step of the way.
