- Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience is required
- experience working both front-of-house and back-of-house
- familiarity with POS systems and staff scheduling is required
- strong leadership skills with a team-first mindset
- ability to stay organized and make decisions under pressure
- hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor
- passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
