Job Requirements

  • legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for employment
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work more than 40 hours per week as needed

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or ged
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of u.s. military service
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • proven problem-solving abilities
  • entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities
  • professional maturity to mentor team members

Job Duties

  • lead and manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • coach and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • maintain high standards of quality and consistency in beverage preparation
  • develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed business goals
  • monitor inventory levels and manage supplies effectively
