Job Requirements
- legal documentation to prove identity and eligibility to work
- ability to work full time including more than 40 hours per week
- willingness to work variable hours including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or ged
- three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of us military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with sales experience
- proven leadership ability with coaching and mentoring skills
- professional maturity in managing teams
Job Duties
- lead and mentor a team of partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage daily coffeehouse operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- develop and implement sales strategies to meet store goals
- resolve customer and partner issues promptly and professionally
- maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- support training and development initiatives for team members
