Job Requirements
- Experience in retail or food service
- minimum 2 years in supervisory or leadership role managing a team of 5 or more
- strong math skills including working with numbers, ratios, percentages
- ability to read and comprehend instructions, methods, processes, and procedures
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- minimum high school diploma
- preferred associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- ability to stand for extended periods of 8 or more hours
- flexibility and strength to load supplies and equipment
