From humble beginnings to an internationally recognized brand, Starbucks continues to inspire its partners and customers alike with a passion for great coffee and extraordinary experiences.

Starbucks operates thousands of coffeehouses worldwide, each serving as a hub for people to gather, relax, and engage with a rich coffee tradition. More than just a coffee retailer, Starbucks embraces the values of social responsibility, sustainability, and inclusion, ensuring that every cup served contributes to positive social and environmental impact.

The role of a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks goes beyond day-to-day management. This position is pivotal in shaping the customer experience by leading a team that creates moments of connection and joy through exceptional service and crafted beverages. Coffeehouse leaders guide their teams with professionalism, mentoring, and an entrepreneurial spirit that drives sales and operational excellence. Starbucks is invested in your growth journey, offering a supportive environment where you can develop professionally and personally.

As a Starbucks coffeehouse leader, you will embrace an entrepreneurial mindset in a sales-focused environment, managing all facets of store operations, from team development to customer engagement, ensuring each customer leaves the store feeling welcomed and valued. The leader fosters a culture of inclusiveness and mutual respect, exemplifying Starbucks’ values in every interaction.

Empowerment and growth are core to this role, enhanced by comprehensive benefits and developmental opportunities designed to support your career path and well-being. Starbucks offers an industry-leading total rewards package, promoting not only financial health but also personal growth, work-life balance, and educational advancement.

This is a full-time position with variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of retail coffee. Starbucks is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity, inclusion, and accommodating individuals with disabilities. The position’s compensation will be competitive and based on experience, skills, and location, ensuring fairness and internal equity within the company. Join Starbucks and become part of a globally recognized brand that cares about its partners, community, and quality coffee experience.
