Job Requirements

  • legal documentation proving identity and work eligibility
  • ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed
  • commitment to uphold company values and standards
  • availability to participate in training and development programs

Job Qualifications

  • minimum high school diploma or GED
  • three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • strong leadership and team coaching abilities
  • excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • entrepreneurial mentality with sales-focused experience
  • professional maturity and effective interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • lead and manage daily store operations to ensure high-quality customer service
  • coach and mentor team partners to develop their skills and performance
  • maintain inventory and manage sales to meet store goals
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
  • collaborate with district and regional leadership for store success
  • implement company policies and procedures effectively
