Job Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work

Job Qualifications

- Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

- Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor

- Lead and manage daily coffeehouse operations
- Develop and mentor team partners with professional maturity
