The role available is for a Coffeehouse Leader who will oversee daily operations within a Starbucks location. This leadership position involves guiding a team to consistently deliver the Starbucks experience while fostering a positive, inclusive environment for partners and customers alike. The Coffeehouse Leader plays a crucial role in nurturing community spirit through high standards of customer service and team development. Apart from managing business objectives, this role requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, embodying the company’s entrepreneurial mentality and commitment to excellence. Candidates should have substantial experience in retail or customer service management or equivalent military service, demonstrating leadership capability and professional maturity.

This is a full-time position that may require working more than 40 hours a week, including variable shifts covering early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years of retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US military service
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mentality in a sales-focused environment
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to coach and mentor
