The Store Manager role at Rothy's is pivotal in delivering the brand's promise through exceptional leadership and operational excellence. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $35.00 to $39.00 per hour, with additional opportunities for bonuses and incentives. As a Store Manager, you'll lead a passionate, high-performing team dedicated to creating memorable shopping experiences and driving business growth. Your responsibilities span recruiting, training, coaching, and developing staff while ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the store's visual and service standards.
This role demands a leader who embraces Rothy's core values—dreaming big, driving innovation, making responsible choices for the planet, and fostering collaborative teamwork. You will also play a strategic role in planning and implementing business strategies, managing budgets, overseeing inventory, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize store performance.
Beyond managing day-to-day operations, you will act as the brand ambassador in the community, driving events and activations that build brand awareness and deepen customer loyalty. You'll ensure your team excels in customer service and product knowledge, delivering a seamless and engaging shopping environment. This role also requires a hands-on approach where you can confidently stand or walk your shift, handle physical tasks related to inventory and store upkeep, and work a flexible schedule including peak times, weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Working at Rothy's means becoming part of a community that values growth, inclusivity, and impact. The company offers generous benefits, including paid time off, comprehensive health plans, 401k matching, mental health supplements, wellness reimbursements, and an employee discount program.
