Job Requirements
- legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility for legal employment
- ability to work full time including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
- willingness to work over 40 hours per week regularly
Job Qualifications
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- 3 years retail or customer service management experience or 4+ years of US Military service
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- entrepreneurial mentality with a sales-focused approach
- demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities
- professional maturity in managing a team
Job Duties
- lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- maintain high standards for product quality and store operations
- develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business goals
- manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal store coverage
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- oversee inventory management and financial procedures
