Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally renowned coffeehouse chain dedicated to crafting the world's finest coffee and fostering meaningful moments among its customers. Established as a leader in the specialty coffee industry, Starbucks has built a reputation not only for high-quality coffee but also for creating warm and welcoming spaces where customers can connect and share joyful experiences. The company's commitment to community and quality has made it a beloved brand across the United States and internationally, operating thousands of stores worldwide. Starbucks emphasizes inclusivity, quality, and innovation in every cup, encouraging a vibrant culture among its partners (employees) who share passion and craft in their work.

This role is a Coffeehouse Leader position at Starbucks, where the individual will drive the success of the store by leading a team that crafts experiences for the community and customers. The position requires a blend of leadership, operational excellence, and customer service skills to ensure the coffeehouse runs efficiently and serves as a place where connection and joy flourish. As a Coffeehouse Leader, you won’t only manage a business but foster a culture that values every partner and customer interaction. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills who demonstrates professional maturity and an entrepreneurial mindset, especially in sales-driven environments.

Starbucks invests in its partners by providing development opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package aimed at promoting growth and well-being. From day one, partners gain access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance plans, and paid parental leave, among other perks. The role offers full-time employment with variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the retail coffee industry. A minimum commitment of over 40 hours weekly is expected, encompassing a diverse schedule to meet customer demand.

Ideal candidates for this role come with at least three years of retail or customer service management experience or four or more years of U.S. Military service, bringing valuable leadership experience to the coffeehouse setting. They possess strong organizational abilities, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach that thrives in sales environments. High school diploma or GED is the minimum educational requirement. The candidate must be legally authorized to work in the country and ready to embrace a full-time schedule.

Joining Starbucks means joining a community-oriented company dedicated to personal and professional growth. The Coffeehouse Leader will play a crucial role in nurturing a team environment where partners develop and customers enjoy unparalleled coffee experiences. This opportunity is perfect for leaders who desire to make an impact, grow within a supportive environment, and connect with something bigger than just a paycheck. Starbucks’ commitment to diversity, inclusion, and reasonable accommodations ensures a welcoming workplace culture for all qualified individuals.
