Job Requirements

  • Legal documentation to work in the country of employment
  • Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Minimum high school education or GED
  • Three years of relevant management or military experience
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with sales experience
  • Proven leadership and team coaching abilities
  • Professional maturity in managing diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure store efficiency
  • Manage inventory and supplies to maintain quality standards
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Conduct training and coaching sessions for team development
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
