Job Requirements
- Legal documentation to work in the country of employment
- Ability to work full time including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum high school education or GED
- Three years of relevant management or military experience
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Three years retail or customer service management experience or four plus years of US Military service
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Lead and mentor team partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations to ensure store efficiency
- Manage inventory and supplies to maintain quality standards
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Conduct training and coaching sessions for team development
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
