With locations spanning across the United States and internationally, Starbucks continues to invest in local communities by fostering inclusive spaces where individuals can gather, relax, and enjoy a premium coffee experience.
As a coffeehouse leader with Starbucks, you play a crucial role in shaping the daily experience for customers and team partners alike. This position transcends traditional management—it's about leading with heart, craft, and commitment. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating moments of connection that resonate within the community. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about retail management and hospitality who want to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment focused on people, quality, and value.
Your responsibilities will span from coaching and mentoring your team members to organizing operations that ensure superior customer satisfaction and high-quality product delivery. Starbucks provides a nurturing environment where you'll have access to developmental experiences designed to enhance your leadership skills and career growth. The organization fosters an entrepreneurial spirit, encouraging leaders to innovate and thrive in a sales-focused atmosphere. With a strong emphasis on professional maturity and interpersonal skills, your leadership will directly impact customer experience and team engagement.
Starbucks is committed to creating more than just a workplace; it is a community where you and your team members feel valued and supported. The company offers competitive benefits, which include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, disability insurance, and educational opportunities like the Starbucks College Achievement Plan. These benefits underline Starbucks' dedication to their partners' well-being and long-term success.
This role is full-time, and candidates should be prepared for a dynamic schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation at Starbucks is competitive and takes into account your skills, experience, and geographical location. Starbucks values diversity and inclusion and is committed to equal employment opportunity for all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
Joining Starbucks means becoming part of something bigger than a job. You’ll build lasting relationships, impact your community positively, and develop meaningfully as a leader in one of the world’s most iconic coffeehouse brands. If you have experience in retail or customer service management, possess strong organizational and leadership skills, and seek a career that rewards creativity and connection, Starbucks invites you to apply and be part of their inspiring journey.
