As more than just a coffee retailer, Starbucks positions itself as a vibrant gathering place where customers can come together, relax, and enjoy expertly brewed coffee crafted with care. Joining Starbucks means becoming part of a company that values its partners—employees—as essential to its success and culture. Starbucks offers immersive growth opportunities, empowering leaders and team members alike through continuous learning and development programs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. At Starbucks, coffeehouse leaders drive sales performance while nurturing a culture that highlights respect, integrity, and inclusivity.

The position is full-time and demands flexibility, including working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs. Starbucks pays competitive wages, with salary offers tailored based on a candidate’s skills, knowledge, experience, and geographic location, balancing internal equity and market factors. Beyond financial compensation, Starbucks confectionally invests in partners through exceptional benefits including extensive health coverage, paid parental leave, paid vacation and sick leave accrual, retirement plans with employer match, and robust educational support via the Starbucks College Achievement Plan in partnership with Arizona State University.

This opportunity invites motivated individuals seeking to grow personally and professionally in a dynamic environment centered around quality, community, and purpose. By joining Starbucks, you connect with a global brand committed to equality, diversity, and employee well-being, fostering a workplace where everyone has the chance to thrive and contribute meaningfully to collective success.
