Job Description

Starbucks Coffee Company is a globally recognized coffeehouse chain known for crafting the world's finest coffee and creating warm, welcoming environments where every cup sparks connection and community. Established as a leader in the coffee industry, Starbucks has expanded its reach worldwide, setting the standard not only for exceptional coffee quality but also for meaningful customer experiences. The company operates thousands of stores internationally and has built a reputation for prioritizing both its customers and its partners, fostering a culture of inclusion, growth, and engagement. Starbucks's mission is to inspire and nurture the human spirit—one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.

As a coffeehouse leader at Starbucks, your role transcends managing daily operations. You become the heart of the store, guiding and mentoring your team to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining operational excellence. This leadership position offers an opportunity to create a space where community members feel welcome, appreciated, and connected. Your influence shapes the ambiance and culture of the coffeehouse, making each visit memorable through quality coffee and genuine interactions. Starbucks deeply invests in your professional development by providing valuable training, growth opportunities, and industry-leading benefits designed to support your career and personal life.

This full-time leadership role demands strong organizational skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for customer satisfaction and team development. Candidates with retail or customer service management experience, or those with four or more years of US Military service, are encouraged to apply. At Starbucks, leaders are equipped to coach and mentor diverse teams, fostering an environment that encourages growth, collaboration, and high performance. The role prioritizes a holistic approach to leadership—balancing operational success with creating meaningful connections within the community.

Starbucks offers competitive compensation based on factors such as experience, knowledge, and location. As a Starbucks partner, you are eligible for comprehensive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid parental leave, paid vacation from the first day of employment, sick time, and more. Beyond traditional perks, Starbucks supports partners and their families through tuition coverage for online bachelor’s degrees, retirement plans with employer match, stock purchase programs, and financial wellness tools. By joining Starbucks, you align with a company committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, offering equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. The company fosters an environment where quality, value, and community thrive and invites you to connect with something bigger by leading with craft and heart in a role that truly matters.
